1. I am a high bidder and the auction has come to an end, now what do I do?
|
Once the auction has ended, if you are a high bidder in our auction(s), we will send you an email within 12 hours containing details about the auction along with information on how to arrange for payment and delivery. If you do not receive an email from us after the auction ends, please email us at ebestdeal4u@yahoo.com.

2. How do I know what my total cost is?
|
Soon after the auction closes, we will send you an email containing information including your total for that particular auction. The total amount will be the price of the product plus shipping/handling fee, which is listed in every of our auction.

3. What payment method do you accept?
|
We accept payment through paypal, bidpay, eBay BillPoint, checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. Sorry we do not accept COD, wireless deposit, or any other payment methods not specified above.

7. Where do I send my Paypal payments?

8. I have an existing PayPal account, will you send me a PayPal payment request?

To make sending a payment even easier for you we’ll send a PayPal payment request. Please send us an email at ebay@globalpct.com if you prefer this way

9. I want to pay via eBay BillPoint. How do I do so?
|
If there’s no eBay payment link in the auction page, please send us a BillPoint invoice request or email to ebay@globalpct.com. We will send you the BillPoint Invoice upon receipt of your request.

10. Will you accept international orders?
|
We ship within US only. Sorry that we do not accept international orders.

11. How long will my order be shipped if I pay with a personal check or company check?
|
We hold all personal / business checks for 7 business days. It is necessary for us to hold the check; it must be processed through your bank, the Federal Reserve, and back to our bank.

12. Shall I include the auction item number and my eBay user ID with my payment?
|
Yes. For accurately and efficiently processing your order, please be sure to include the auction item number, your eBay user ID and shipping address with your payment. If you will mail the payment, for your convenience, we will include an order form in our first email to you.

13. How long after the auction do I need to send my payment in?
|
Please do send your payment within 7 consecutive days after the auction closes.

14. How long after I have sent in my payment can I expect my purchase to be sent to me?

We usually ship our orders within 1-2 business days.

15. Will I be able to receive a feedback from you for our complete transaction?

Yes, we will be glad to post and reciprocate feedback upon our complete transaction.

16. How can I check my order status?
|
You can check your order status from our online tracking system anytime with your auction item# and your eBay email address at http://www.globalpct.com We update our database once daily.

17. The item I have purchased is defective, what do I do now?
|
All of our products are covered by original manufacturer warranty. Please contact us at ebay@globalpct.com and we will be glad to assist you with the warranty service.

18. The item I have received is damaged during transit. What do I do now?
|
We insure all of our packages for its full value. If the package is damaged during transit, please contact us at ebay@globalpct.com and we will help with insurance claim.

19. If I am not satisfied with my purchase can I return it?
|
To preserve the integrity of the auction process and in fairness to all bidders, all sales are final and no returns for refund are permitted on our factory sealed items once opened. However, all of our products are covered by manufacture repair/exchange warranty.

20. Can I request rush delivery for my order?
|
Yes. We can upgrade shipping to UPS 3day Select, 2nd day Air, or overnight. Please contact us for a price quote.
